By accessing or placing an order through JP Peptides ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before use.

Not for human or veterinary use

Everything we sell is a research material for in-vitro laboratory work. It must not be administered to people or animals, and we give no dosing or use advice.

1.Research Use Only

All products sold by JP Peptides are strictly intended for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any other purpose not expressly related to in vitro or controlled research. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and will use products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Our Research Use Policy sets this out in full.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal entity or individual permitted under Indian law to purchase research chemicals. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3.Orders and Payment

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or our website. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept cash on delivery (COD). An order is confirmed after we confirm it with you.

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Nothing is paid when you place the order.

4.Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India via reputable courier partners. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

5.Product Quality

All compounds are HPLC-tested and released only at or above a 98.0% purity line (most lots test at 99% or higher), with the batch Certificate of Analysis (COA) published online. We make no medical or therapeutic claims regarding any product. Results may vary and are dependent on the specific conditions of your research.

6.Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of JP Peptides and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JP Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8.Governing Law

The laws of India apply

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

9.Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
