Quality & COAs
Every vial label carries a lot code. The QR code on the label, where present, opens the lab's own report for that lot; the certificate library here lists the same lot by its code. To check a vial, compare the lot code on the label with the lot code on the certificate; they should be identical. Our certificates are issued by Janoshik Analytical, an independent testing laboratory, not written by us. Each report carries the lab's task number and verification key, so you can confirm on Janoshik's own site that the report is genuine and unaltered. The certificate states the measured HPLC purity and, where the batch was tested for them, identity, net content and endotoxin. If the lot code on a vial you received does not match any published certificate, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a clear photo of the label.
Open the certificate libraryHPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) is the analytical method used to measure how much of a vial's contents is the target peptide versus impurities. When JP Peptides lists a compound at 99%+ purity, that figure comes from an HPLC assay performed on that batch, not a manufacturer estimate. Each result is recorded on a Certificate of Analysis tied to the batch code printed on your vial. HPLC separates the sample into its components and quantifies each one, so a 99.2% reading means 99.2% of the material is the named peptide. This matters for research because impurities introduce variables that compromise reproducibility. Every listed batch is lyophilised under nitrogen and its full COA is viewable online, so the purity figure is independently verifiable rather than taken on trust.
See how we testA Certificate of Analysis is a lab document that reports the measured identity and purity of a specific production batch. For research peptides it typically states the compound name, batch number, HPLC purity percentage, and the testing date. JP Peptides publishes a COA for every verified batch and ties it to the batch code on the vial, so the document corresponds to the exact material in hand — not a generic sample. A COA matters because peptide quality varies between suppliers and batches; without one, purity is an unverifiable claim. Reviewing the COA lets a researcher confirm the compound is what the label says before using it, which is the baseline for reproducible work. COAs for current verified batches are also viewable on each product page.
A certificate reports only the tests Janoshik Analytical ran on that lot, and nothing more. Every published lot is tested for purity by HPLC; depending on the compound and the lot, the report may also include identity by mass spectrometry, the measured net content of the vial and an endotoxin result. The assays listed on the report are the ones that were done. If a test does not appear, it was not performed on that lot, and we do not claim a result for it. A certificate also says nothing about how a compound behaves in a biological system: it is an analytical record of the material in the vial. We publish each certificate only against the lot it was issued for; a report from one lot is never reused for another.
Ordering
Add the compounds you need to the cart from the catalogue, then go to checkout. No account is needed: checkout asks for your name, phone number and delivery address, with email optional. Before the order goes through you tick three confirmations: that the material is for laboratory research only, that you are 18 or older and accept our terms and refund policy, and that you understand we give no dosing or usage guidance. Place the order as cash on delivery. The confirmation screen then shows your order number in the format JP-YYMMDD followed by a sequence number. Keep it: it is your reference for payment, tracking and support. We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before it is packed.
Browse the catalogueYes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and tell us what you need: a different compound or quantity, a corrected address or phone number, or a full cancellation. Orders confirmed before 2 PM IST on a working day usually leave the same day, so the sooner you write, the more likely the change goes through. If you cancel before dispatch, the cash-on-delivery order is simply not sent and there is nothing to pay. Once the parcel is with the courier the order can no longer be changed or cancelled; from then on the refund policy's 48-hour window for damaged or incorrect parcels applies, and a change of mind is not covered. Replies come within the hour between 9 AM and 6 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.
Read the refund policyVolume pricing lowers the price per vial when you order more than one vial of the same compound. Where a compound has volume tiers, its product page lists them with the percentage off and the per-vial price for each step. The tier is applied automatically in the cart as soon as the quantity of that compound reaches it, so there is no code to enter and nothing to claim afterwards. Tiers count vials of one compound only: two different compounds at one vial each both stay at the single-vial price. The discount comes off before the free-shipping check, so a volume order often crosses the ₹5,000 free-shipping line on its own. Every vial in a larger order comes from a tested batch with its certificate published online, exactly as a single vial does.
Payment
JP Peptides takes cash on delivery (COD). You place the order, we confirm it with you on WhatsApp and dispatch it, and you pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you, so nothing is paid upfront. The amount is the order total shown at checkout and on the confirmation screen. Prices are listed and charged in Indian rupees, with no currency conversion. Shipping is free once the order total after discounts reaches ₹5,000; below that a flat ₹149 applies. No account is needed at checkout: your order number is the only reference you need for tracking and support.
Cash on delivery lets you order without paying anything upfront. Choose it at checkout and place the order; we confirm it with you on WhatsApp, then pack it and hand it to the courier. When the parcel reaches you, you pay the courier the order total in cash, which includes the flat ₹149 shipping charge on orders below ₹5,000. Keeping the exact amount ready helps, as couriers do not always carry change. Nothing is paid or entered online. The tracking number is shared with you on WhatsApp once the courier collects the parcel, so you can see roughly when to expect it. If your plans change before dispatch, message us with your order number and we can change the order or cancel it.
Shipping
JP Peptides ships within India only. Orders placed before 2 PM IST, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day; orders placed later leave on the next dispatch day. Every vial travels lyophilised with a cold pack inside insulated packaging, because temperature control matters for compound stability in transit. Each parcel is tracked, and the tracking number is shared with you on WhatsApp once the courier collects it. Couriers usually deliver within 3–7 business days of dispatch across India, depending on the destination pin code. Shipping is free once the order total reaches ₹5,000; below that a flat ₹149 applies. You pay the courier in cash on delivery. Every batch’s certificate of analysis is viewable online, so the documentation is available before the parcel arrives.
No. JP Peptides ships to addresses within India only. We do not arrange international shipments, forward parcels abroad or quote for export, because cold-packed research material crossing borders brings customs and regulatory requirements we do not handle. Within India we deliver to the pin codes our courier partners serve. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from dispatch depending on the destination, and remote areas can sit at the longer end of that window. Prices are listed and charged in Indian rupees, with free shipping once the order total reaches ₹5,000 and a flat ₹149 below that. If you are unsure whether your pin code is covered, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will check it for you.
Once the courier collects your parcel, we send the tracking number to the WhatsApp number you gave at checkout, and you can follow the parcel on the courier’s own site with it. You can also enter your order number on our tracking page, or message us with it, and we will tell you which stage the order is at: received, confirmed, shipped or delivered. No account or password is needed; the order number, in the format JP-YYMMDD followed by a sequence number, is the only reference required. Orders confirmed before 2 PM IST on a working day, Monday to Saturday, leave the same day, and couriers usually deliver within 3–7 business days of dispatch. If the tracking has not moved for a few days, message us and we will follow it up with the courier.
Track an orderStorage & handling
Open the parcel soon after delivery and check each vial: the seal and flip-off cap should be intact, the label legible and the lot code readable. The contents are normally a dry cake or loose powder at the bottom of the vial, and its look can vary between compounds. Photograph anything broken or unexpected before moving it, and keep the box and packing, since a damage claim needs them. Then move the sealed vials to a refrigerator at 2–8 °C, away from light. For storage beyond a few months, lyophilised material is commonly kept frozen at around −20 °C. Before opening a cold vial, let it reach room temperature while still sealed, so moisture does not condense on the powder. It is also a good moment to compare each lot code with its published certificate.
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are stable for long periods when kept refrigerated at 2–8 °C and protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, a peptide solution should be kept refrigerated and used within a few weeks, as the dissolved compound is less stable than the dry powder. Freezing a reconstituted solution is generally avoided because repeated freeze–thaw cycles can degrade the peptide. JP Peptides ships every vial lyophilised under nitrogen in sterile, temperature-controlled packaging to preserve integrity in transit. The exact reconstitution volume depends on the vial strength and the concentration required; our free reconstitution calculator converts a vial's strength and the diluent volume into a concentration for lab records. Storage and handling remain the researcher's responsibility under standard laboratory practice.
Open the calculatorUsually not. The cold pack is there to buffer the parcel against heat during transit, and in Indian conditions it will often have thawed by the time the courier arrives; that is expected. What protects the material is that every vial ships lyophilised, as a dry powder sealed under nitrogen, which is far more stable than a solution. Short periods at room temperature in a sealed vial are normal for lyophilised peptides in transit. What matters more is what happens next: move the sealed vials into a refrigerator at 2–8 °C soon after delivery and keep them away from light and moisture. If a vial arrives cracked, with a lifted seal, or with wet, clumped or discoloured material inside, photograph it and message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Research use & policies
Research-use-only means the compounds are supplied strictly for laboratory and analytical research, not for human or veterinary use. Every product JP Peptides sells is intended for in-vitro study and qualified research settings, and ordering confirms the buyer is a researcher operating in compliance with applicable local regulations. This designation is standard across the research-chemical industry and is reflected on each product page and certificate. It is the reason peptides ship as lyophilised material in sealed vials with full documentation rather than as consumer products. JP Peptides does not provide medical, dosing, or usage guidance, and nothing on the site should be read as such. The label also governs how the material is packaged, labelled, and described — purity and identity are documented on the COA so researchers can verify exactly what they received before any experimental work.
Read the research-use policyOrders are open to adults aged 18 or over who are buying material for laboratory research and want it delivered to an address in India. At checkout every buyer confirms three things: that the products are for laboratory research only and will not be used for human consumption, that they are 18 or older and accept our terms and refund policy, and that they understand we provide no dosing guidance. An order cannot be placed until all three are ticked. No account is needed and we do not ask for institutional paperwork at checkout; the confirmations, our terms and the research-use policy set the conditions every order is accepted on. If you are ordering on behalf of a lab or team, the person placing the order gives these confirmations for that order.
Because the material is sold for laboratory research, not for use in people or animals, and advice on amounts, schedules or effects would treat it as something it is not. Our role ends at supplying the compound and documenting it: the lot's certificate, its storage requirements, and the order, payment and shipping details. That is also why checkout asks you to confirm that you understand we give no dosing guidance, and why our support team does not answer questions about administration, amounts or outcomes, on WhatsApp or anywhere else. Research design stays with the researcher and the standards of their own lab. What we can help with is everything around the vial: which lot you received, what its certificate reports, how it should be stored, and where your parcel is.
If a parcel arrives with a broken vial, a compromised seal or packaging that has clearly failed in transit, keep the original box and packing, photograph the contents as they arrived and message us on WhatsApp with your order number. The same applies if you receive a different product from the one you ordered, or if a batch does not meet the purity stated on its certificate. Claims need to reach us within 48 hours of delivery. Once the claim is checked we arrange a replacement, refund or store credit as set out in the refund policy. Claims cannot cover vials that have been opened or reconstituted, material degraded by storage after delivery, or a change of mind once the order has been dispatched. The full terms are set out in our refund policy.
