By cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives, so there is nothing to pay when you place the order.
Enter your order number on the tracking page, or send it to us on WhatsApp. Once the courier collects the parcel, we send you the tracking number on WhatsApp.
Orders placed before 2 PM IST, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day; later orders leave on the next dispatch day. Couriers usually deliver 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the pin code.
Within 48 hours of delivery, photograph the outer box, the cold pack and the vial, and send the photos on WhatsApp with your order number. We replace anything that arrives broken or compromised.
Lyophilised peptides keep best when cool, so every order travels with a cold pack in insulated packaging. On arrival, move the vials to a refrigerator at 2–8 °C.
Shipping is free once your order total after discounts reaches ₹5,000. Below that, a flat ₹149 applies anywhere in India.
Every batch’s certificate is published online under the lot code printed on your vial. If you need the laboratory’s PDF for a specific lot, email us with the lot code.
On WhatsApp a person replies between 9 AM and 6 PM IST, Monday to Saturday, usually within the hour. Emails are answered within one business day.
