Working with Tesamorelin
Tesamorelin (TH9507) is a 44-amino-acid analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone carrying a trans-3-hexenoyl group at its N-terminus that protects it from dipeptidyl peptidase-4 cleavage. Research has demonstrated sustained growth-hormone and IGF-1 elevation through the pituitary GHRH receptor, with downstream effects on lipolysis and visceral fat deposition studied in animal models of abdominal adiposity.
