Working with TB-500
TB-500 (Ac-LKKTETQ) is a synthetic peptide reproducing the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein abundant in platelets, macrophages and wound fluid. Research has demonstrated that it sequesters G-actin to promote cell migration, and it has been associated with faster wound closure and new blood-vessel growth in animal injury models. Each vial is lyophilised under nitrogen, HPLC-verified at ≥99% purity, and its batch Certificate of Analysis is viewable online.
