Working with NAD+
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a dinucleotide coenzyme that shuttles electrons in cellular respiration and serves as a substrate for sirtuins and PARP enzymes. Research has demonstrated that NAD+ levels decline with age in animal tissues, and that restoring them improves mitochondrial function and DNA-repair capacity in rodent and cell models.
